I created some modded wing guns that LOOK like flares when activated and because they're actually spraying bullets, anything that touches the sparks explodes, including missiles. I know that is less than what you're asking for, but it's available right now without having to change anything.
@plane118 Be careful how many you use, they are incredibly destructive and they can cause a lot of lag if you use too many. Good luck!
