I need some help with a build. I need a propeller that can work under water and move some 14,000 lbs at 20 mph. I need this engine to rotate 180 degrees. I would like the engine to be a t-1000. I could really use some help. As well credit will follow. Thanks.

hmm, the only way is to make the blades very thick, only thing is I'm making a battleship and even that wont work
