PC: In some drop-down menus, it automatically scrolls to bottom

Hopefully someone can help with this, as it's the reason why I haven't participated in any tournaments in a while. On some menus, especially the race against opponent screen where you select player and enemy planes, when you click on "select airplane" the menu that comes up immediately scrolls all the way to the bottom of the list, and you cannot make it scroll up again. If you click and drag the scroll bar on the list, it will scroll up in a jerking motion, but as soon as you release the mouse button it goes back down again. This makes it impossible to select planes to race. There are other menus when this happens but I cannot remember which, but it's not all of them. It always happens on the select plane button in the race screen.

Windows 10 PC, I use Mouse+Keyboard to control the game. There are no other controllers hooked up. the mouse behaves normally, this does not happen in any other application or game. Also, I can just build and fly, and the editor works fine, and I can fly the plane with the mouse without issues.

I have tried to start the game, then unplug mouse and plug it back in, disabled keyboard and re-enabled, etc.. also uninstalled and re-installed the game, no dice. Disabled all mods as well. It didn't always happen but to be honest I can't remember when it started, maybe 4 months ago or so?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

@AndrewGarrison No problem, I'm sure you are a busy man. :)
Your solution worked. I copied my planes back in, re-set my controls to how I had them and all is working. No idea what would have caused that but thanks!

@lordverminaard Sorry, I obviously did not read your post thoroughly. I apologize. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what would cause that. I would guess it's a rogue input, but it sounds like you've already ruled that out.

You can try temporarily moving your configuration files out of the way to force the game back to defaults. You need to be careful when doing this to work around Steam's cloud sync, but you can follow the instructions here under the "The game crashes when going into the designer or going into flight" section.

What browser are you using? If you haven't tried, try using Google Chrome. Sorry about the bugs.

edit: sorry, I obviously didn't read your post thoroughly.
