I need help with the Kirito Sword

I know this is a big task but can someone possibly make the white border for the green parts?

I think the best way to do it is to 1.5x scale up the width of green part and then make the height of it by 0.5x then mirror this new part onto the other sword. If you can do the for me then I'll be really greatfull for your help
