Can i get a single turbo 3 Rotor complete with all the little engine details while remaining a relatively low part count engine with an exhaust manifold and a small pipe coming from it. I can fabricate my own exhaust. This is for a project im working on.

I need a engine that is rated at 2500 hp (that looks NOT UGLY), that contains NO SCALED PARTS, and the engine itself is modded with top speed 25% and speed modifier 200% which gives me a 200% acceleration unit at 2,500 horsepower with top speed 50%
Don't make it too big, but if possible, just a simple IN-LINE 8-cylinder diesel (don't spend more than 30 minute or I will feel sorry)
