@Darknight you can take flaps from this plane.
XML modding means changing plane properties by modifying plane files. Your plane is saved as "planename.xml." file which you can find in sp app folder
I'm very sorry, I mean how to make Flaps... :\ Can you give the link to that specific XML? Sorry if I'm taking your time.
XML. There is lots of places and planes where you can find wings with VTOL as the controlling input.
Ohhhhh. On you control surfaces when you are editing your ctreations wings just select the control to be vtol instead of what the preset is@Darknight

I mean to make an Elevator for a plane, that utilizes VTOL for Up and Down.
You could simply use pistons mate :)
