Why no push-props

how come there is so little planes in simple planes that innovate the reverse-rotation option on the propeller engine's .

    If you put a pusher and tractor engine inline with one another, you get twice the thrust with only the drag of a single engine.

    To make a pusher prop, you invert the blade pitch. The reverse rotation just makes the prop spin the other way, useful for tourque and preventing roll

    @IStoleYourMeme but if you use a push-pull design you can have two propeller engines and don't have to mess with the planes wings.

    reverse rotation does nothing ingame (although irl it's used in multi-engine aircraft to get rid of torque), it's the pitch that determines direction of force aka push or pull
