Runway, Airspace, and Other Stuff!

I would like to proprose a system of ATC on MP we all understand, and can easily follow. If you have any suggestions please comment below.
~~~~~~RUNWAYS~~~~~~
Wright:
Class 2 Airspace (See below)
The runway is called 'Runway 0'
The taxiway closest to beginning of the runway is 'Taxiway A'
The taxiway in the middle of the runway is 'Taxiway B'
The taxiway at the end of the runway is 'Taxiway C'
The large taxiway separate from the runway is 'Parking 1'
Bandit:
Class 6 Airspace (See below)
The left field is 'Field A'
The right field is 'Field B'
There is no control over there, so this isn't very useful.
Yeager:
Class 2 Airspace (See below)
The left runway is known as 'Runway 19L'
The right runway is known as 'Runway 19R'
The first taxiway closest to the parking area is 'TX-1'
The second taxiway farther to the parking area is 'TX-2'
The hangar closest to the tower is 'HA-1'
The hangar farthest from the tower is 'HA-2'
Snowstone:
Class 1 Airspace (See below)
The runway is 'Runway 4'
Wright Isles North"
Class 1 Airspace (See below)
The runway is 'Runway 1'
Only emergencies and military aircraft may land there.
Maywar:
Class 8 Airspace
The windmill farm is the only place where landings can happen
The city is for emergency landings and military aircraft only.
'Maywar Takeoff' and 'Maywar Water Takeoff' may be used as runways.
Car City:
Class 3 Airspace
Aircraft may land for any purpose as long you fly in Class 3 rules.
Aircraft may takeoff for any purpose with Class 3 rules.
Cars follow Class 3/4 Rules.
Any Roads:
Includes all roads in Wright, Krakabola, Snowstone, and Maywar.
Exceptions for raceways. (They follow Class 5)
Class 4 Airspace (Car space)
No A to G missiles.
Limited A to A missiles for defensive purposes only. (Missile Type 1)
Guns allowed.

Class 1:
Military Airports.
Must report any actions including weather to ATC immeaditly
Takeoffs must be cleared with ATC after flight plan has been noted (Flight Plan Type 1, See below)
Landings must be cleared wih ATC unless emergancy.
Airliners are discouraged from landing unless needed.
Any military action must be cleared with ATC unless threat is great enough that they must act before ATC can be notified.
Maintain Distance of .5 miles of any aircraft (ATC will notify you) unless in combat.
Class 2:
Civilian Airports.
Must report actions including (Climbing, descending, turning, and stalling or emergancy) as soon as possible.
Takeoffs mst be cleared with ATC after flight plan has been noted (Flight Plan Type 2, See below)
Landings must be cleared with ATC
Emergancies include (Structure Failure, Stall, Overspeed, Cockpit Damage, Loss of Control, Fuel Shortage, and Forceful action)
Any military action is not tolerated and fighters will push you out of Class 2 or strike you.
Maintain Distance of .75 miles of any aircraft (ATC will notify you)
Military Aircraft must be escorted by trusted fighter.
Class 3:
Roads and Bridges.
Maintain distance of .1 miles.
No military action is tolerated unless you are given specific instructions of self-defense purposes. (Missile Type 1 Rules)
No A-G missiles and limited A-A missiles for SELF-DEFENSE ONLY (Missile Type 1 Rules)
Class 4:
Raceways.
No military action is tolerated.
Maintain distance of 0.05 miles.
Class 5:
Rivers/Water Hangars
No military action is tolerated.
Maintain distance of .7 miles
Report any emergancies to ATC
Class 6:
Uncontrolled Runways.
A-A Missiles are limited to self-defense (Missile Type 1 Rules)
A-G Missiles are limited to self-defense (Missile Type 1 Rules)
Takeoff and Landings do not require ATC.
Class 7:
Ocean.
Military action is discouraged, but allowed.
You must your flight-plan with autopilot or stable manual control.
Class 8:
Maywar.
Military action is discourged, but allowed.
Report if you come in distance with cities or raceways.
No bombs.
Maintain distance of 1.2 miles (Exception of escort)

Type 1: Self-Defense
You may fire 1 Guardian if they are threatening you.
You may fire more than 1 Guardian/Interceptor missiles when you have permission from the ATC Tower.
Type 2: Offense
You may fire 1 Guardian if a 3rd party is threatened.
You may fire more than 1 Guardian/Interceptor missiles when you have permission from the ATC if a 3rd party is threatened.
If someone is being annoying, please tell them to stop and ATC will handle it by force or making them land at the nearest airport.
