Well, I haven't talked about this until now because I was worried it wouldn't work out.... well, it's working pretty well now, so I might reveal it. Without further ado:
Overload - In-Designer XML Modding
It's currently functioning with a rudimentary GUI, where you directly edit the XML. However I want to get a better GUI where you can edit properties instead of raw XML. Still, it works.

@Ctracerx2 quite well actually, I have got past one of the main hurdles, I just need to finish adding options and then fix a minor bug before release. I think after I've released it I might make an attachment editor which would be cool, but that would be after this release.
Finally! I've been waiting for something like this this since the fuselage update.
