So first off I'm far from a computer tech guy in 2016 but if I understand correctly unity is a game creator. The new learn how to mod tab says you need unity to mod(I'm assuming it means pc only?) but you can use a file explorer to xml mod. I was wondering if there is an equivalent of unity available for Android? Thank you and I apologize if this is a constant repeat question.
You can xml mod on android though.... That doesn't require unity

It's also for Mac but it's huge (8+ gigabits) as far as I know, making a mod is almost like remaking the game.
