I know how helicopter engine works, but i need to know how to create a engine only with rotators... Without VTOL Nozzle or Blade T1000... I want to know can i make a rotator who can fast spin and get up helicopter from the ground... Thanks and sry for bad english i hope that u can understand me :)

nope, JP's MH-6 also uses VTOL nozzle, he/she made it so small with XML edition ([scale] parameter). Kulibin made some coax helos use only rotator things. ex. Ka-52 and a single rotor helo too. and a few other builders made rotator-powered copters as far as I know.
Rotators whose rotation speed exceeds "2.0" bring ridiculous counter torque. It just seems like a bug, but you can manage the torque with cancellation mechanics in coaxial setting. (Cancellation with tail rotor did not work in my attempt.
