I am need of a working counter measure as bombers are weak against missiles.

Not possible any that work are by chance like flares in this game flares almost never work
attach the cockpit to a detacher so it flies off of the plane itself, the missiles target the cockpit, so if you fire it off and just use some cameras, you will be immune to missiles!
