Well, if you mean ALL parts, then you have to find the fine tuner. Of you mean fuselages only, then press the gear on the little mouse thingy while it I shivering over a fuselage. It should show Fuel, Buoyancy, and Dead weight. But press "Edit Fuselage Block" You have length, height, and width, as well as Run and Rise. You can customize it anywhere from 0-5 in normal, and you can customize it to anything with XML.
