Try making the dihedrals flat... Rather, It's much better if you have the wing's dihedral is equal to the anhedral, angled wings that are equidistant from one another... If you don't understand... I'll show you what I mean...
Basically just make sure that the CoM CoL and CoT are all perfectly in line (or as close as you can get). Other than that, sufficient speed and control surfaces that aren't too big should be all you need
