I was trying to explore one the many scattered tiny islands by landing a VTOL plane on it.

Upon touching down, I immediately noticed my wheels weren't registering any kind of friction.

My plane simply slowly slid down the small beach and into the ocean. Sideways, no less!

Multiple attempts with different planes yielded similar results. None could brake to a stop. Most didn't even slow down.

My question is, does anyone else know about these slippery islands? And, why are they like this?
