How do you take screenshots of your planes in mid-flight that you can upload with your planes? (PC)

@LiamW No, you can only add screen shots from the editor.
So when you upload your plane can you attach that screenshot with it? I know how to screenshot it in the build environment but I can't work out how to attach in-flight screenshots
For me its F12 (On steam) and F9 to remove the HUD
