Between 10 and 50 minutes ago 2 forum posts went up called "Please give me my account back" and "quitting SimplePlanes," both from a user by the name of @GU35T (formerly TheTekkit101). From the context and the comments it looked like he'd been banned for something and was trying to circumvent that ban. "But for what was he banned, and what reason could he have to try and come back?" I thought. So I left a comment regarding what I could do to help and this is what he had to say:
@BeamrDevelopment I am leaving due to my account being banned since everyone thought I was under 13. But I was 13 for a year already, cause I was held back in 5th grade. And Im contacting Jundroo as we chat.
Now from what that comment said and how it was written I'd say he's on the up and up. Don't believe me? Consider this:
If you were in that situation and a good heart came and offered you help, what would you say? Chances are, you'd tell them the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so they could help you! And if that doesn't convince you, look for that comment and read it for yourself. Oh wait. You can't, because that comment was deleted. Almost as if shortly after posting it, Tekkit gave up on anyone believing him because he allegedly circumvented his ban in order to post that comment. That he may have circumvented a ban doesn't matter because the ban was unjust! TheTekkit101 knew that when he first received the ban, and he wanted to do something about it, even if it meant being illegally reborn as GU35T. Is what he did really a crime when it was for a good reason? I say give him back his account!

I'd try to personally resolve the matter, but I feel that private information may be involved (something that presents your date of birth). As a moderator I'm unable to take private information. Hope the matter gets resolved in your favour.

@TheTekkit102 circumventing a ban is against the rules. However, I'll look into the matter. If found guilty however, an IP ban request will be made to the developers.

Tbh there's no point getting angry and making a fuss about somebody's age. Thier age does not affect you. The mods will deal with it if they feel the need. Unless his questionable age offends you somehow, just forget about it. There's way to many useless/unneeded forum posts on this website I feel like people are posting just for easy points. @BeamrDevelopment I'm not trying to offend you and this isn't a direct attack to you I just felt the need for some clarity. Rant over :)

@BeamrDevelopment but they may see a person who broke the website rules. The devs care so bunch about their website. When someone breaks their rules it's frustrating. That's not right.

People need to calm down and realize that this is just a game. Be patient with your ban. Patients will get you many things in life.
