Ok, so I may be new to the game, but I have some good ideas that may help the game.
1: AI spawn locations.
instead of the AIs spawning at a random area in the game, can there be a way where you can manually set an AI spawn location, or a specified spawn point such as USS Beast, Bandit Airport, water takeoff and so on? That way AI cars and AI boats don't just fall out of the sky...
2: Flare Systems.
A limited supply Flare System packed into one block maybe? Sure, an unlimited flare system may be the best, but it would be too OP for the SAM evasions and other types of combat. So, I would say it would be at least 1 block that contains 6 flares or 12, can be ejected if empty, can allow flares to not collide with the aircraft.
3: Weather Effects.
Not just clear skies, to full clouds, but rain, wind and waves on water (ok, the waves may be hard, and i don't mind if that's not added). Make it where you can toggle it, this can make flight quite challenging. Like at an airport, you get a head wind or tail wind, or side wind. When a storm comes, the wind buffers the aircraft around, or shoves it into the ground like a Micro Burst.
I understand if some of these ideas are too hard, or not gonna happen for various reasons, but if you could take them into consideration, I'd be satisfied.

is there any way to tell IA that not everything is barrel roll and pitch up??, and also to tell them that theres a giant rock or mountan in fornt of them and it is not destructible. am getting sick of racing IA, because they only do barrel roll and pitch up and because of that they finish crashing instead of choosing something more simple like roll left and go. and also that IA´s learn the gameplay of the player so you can teach them how to fly in a certain race.

@arcues For nearly every post i've made, only 2 posts, you mentioned Pokémon, lol. On the waves thing, it would put a heavy load on physics, but at least I would make it toggleable.
