WHEN I DOWNLOAD PLANE(FOR EXAMPLE HORTEN HO 229(and for others planes)) it dont wanna load,it just shows empty black screen.

Try forcing D3D9. Here are instructions on how to do that

windows 10 pc,low quality settings (intel core duo 2.53 ghz(both cores),4 gb ram(2.9 usable)in short i use dell xps 16)
what device are you using? also what are you quality settings?
