Fly at Ice Base until It says "Locked" with the alarm and when you see the missle and hear it, pause the game and click "Restart Here". Then you can just fly right in!

Oh also I just crashed my plane into le runway and restarted there and then taxied into the back and set a custom spawn so I can use a car to find the unlock spot
