It used to be that boats were hard to make really fast, 500 mph would be a quick boat and getting over 1000 took hydrofoils and some serious engineering. But now, you can slap some floating body sections on a modded engine with a stabilizer wing and suddnely you have a 3000mph boat, what gives?
