IF YOU CALL YOURSELF THE "ACCOUNT HOLDER", and are over 13, then you can let her upload to it with supervision.
@MediocrePlanes if you mean by the person who created the account then yes. Me and my parents made her account.
@MediocrePlanes I am not the owner of her account (per se) but we go online with each other all the time and I can have full supervision over her account and she talks to me about it all the time. our 2 parents have control over everything and are serious about online safety and we have been drilled a lot of times about how dangerous it is. I would be very thankful if my sister's account is restored. She never did anything wrong and me and my parents know she never did anything wrong. She has spent so much time building stuff and I tried very hard to get her to play this and after she tried it she almost never plays anything else. Now people are making a fuss about it all and I feel really bad and responsible about this and it makes me kinda guilty inside. So please... Don't take my sister's account away...

Are you the owner of the EVEngineering account? As long as the main account holder is 13, you can let your sister use the alt if you follow the rules.

So yeah I don't think the ban was the best idea
