The new annoyance, the recent delivery of IF-12s to multiple enemies. The planes scare everyone . . . other than ground troops. When used in the right hands, and in tandem with a DF-17, DF-18, or DF-19 . . . they are deadly. They need the second aircraft to act as a mobile radar station. The IF-12s have a normal top speed of 2400mph, or mach 3.3ish. This means, as they cannot afford a fleet of FL-19s. They need a less expensive, small turbofan interceptor that stays right around 8 million per unit . . . and is around 30' long . . . 25' wide . . . 10' tall. It should weigh under 20 tons and have a top speed around 2000mph.

-DESPITE THEIR ROLE, MANEUVERABILITY IS A VIRTUE!!!!
-XML and BETA parts are allowed . . . however XML modded fuel tanks aren't welcome.
-Logistics are just important as combat abilities . . . low to the ground, small size, folding wings, light (but good) weapons load, STOL/VTOL capabilities
-Again, it will end up chasing IF-12s in the end . . . make em' fast!
-Detail, and looks . . . I don't care as long as they are realistic
-Cockpit view . . . over the nose and upward view should be great . . . but we don't care about the rest
-Rockets wanted!!! (REALLY, WE WANT ROCKET PODS)
