The Auto-Pilot still keeps the plane perfectly level but it has lost its ability to avoid mountains? I'm okay with this change since I dont use autopilot when flying low but I want to confirm if the devs deliberately remove this feature.

When I'm driving around with an off-road vehicle, the AI planes always crash in mountains, runways, and literally everywhere.. It seems that they would always want to get close to me.. do a loop then crash.. AI can land planes which is very cool but they dont do it very well.. most of the time they come in too steep and crash.. twice I have been mowed down by an AI plane that is trying to land on Yaeger.
Update: What the.... the AI just decided to ram the bridge.. please also take note the planes I collected solely for the AI to fly have decent maneuverability and does not stall even in extreme turns..
Update 2: it seems that AI crashing when landing is more frequent when I'm driving a car than when I'm flying a plane??

i got 2 times close call to Ai planes. first is i was testing a plane and an ai plane flew downright close to my right side. second, i was testing a 737 when a 737-200 Ai plane flew Very close to my underside.

@Dalton02 It took me a long time to get the iOS build ready, so I wasn't able to submit it until late last night. Apple reviews all builds, even beta builds, so I'm not sure how long it will take before it's ready. I've seen it take a couple days or more before.

but seriously, is the collision avoidance feature of the auto-pilot removed or its one of those "oops, we accidentally broke that.." thing?

@djbanana they really land. in some instances, I could get close to them in my car when they land. The AI has completely stopped and its landing gears are deployed.
@AndrewGarrison Did you put a waypoint at the bridge? I just saw another AI crashed into it. If there is indeed something there, I suggest moving it under the bridge because most people (including myself) prefers a safe flying AI than a crazy suicidal one...
This makes me think of the time I found the twin prop upside down at wright airport...
