I have an idea for a build but I need wheels that do not collide with each other in any way ( like actually touching each other. I know strange right. What in the world could I possibly be creating that requires this nonsense. Well I dont think I can usless the wheel can be xml modified to allow such things. I have tried multiple configurations for achieving my goal but nothing works to my satisfaction. I even went as far as looking at the xml stuff myself...but hey lets face it, Im a visual kinda person and all those number and letters make my head hurt. I guess then this is more of me pleading to the much brighter and gifted members to see if I could get a resizable modded wheel if it is even possible. If it is possible (and what Im trying to create works) you will not be disapointed :)

@HellFireKoder So after my testing and reconfigurations...these wheel are perfect! Took a bit but my prototype worked( well atleast 90%) Thanks gain for the wheels
