This post is a discussion post for the recently proposed floating city idea for my WW3 Challenge
So, lots of you have wanted to make floating cities. This, I think, is a great idea, which is why I created this post. The question is what are these floating cities going to be? Should there be one per nation, with each player submitting components? Or maybe small groups of 3/4, sharing one. There may be a challenge/vote for the name of these cities! Any opinions or comments would be helpful, and may result in a challenge being made :D.
I think it would be best to let you vote on the idea-

Vote 1-One per nation
Vote 2-One per small group
Vote 3-One per player
Vote 4-Something ENTIRELY different
e.g I vote 1, because it would produce great cities.

I think 1/2/3 should all be acceptable.
Maybe not 1. but player should build their own and people from the same faction can take components or modify it. personally i stated a individual one. but il be happy to take a component from of my fellow comrade and give them credit. But also for rule 1, only one can be the called something like that nations 'regional command' decided by the faction leader.
