Can someone make a wing gun that can

1.Destroy Bridges
2.Has A Green Bullet Tint
3.Fires Like A Laser. (for example it would fire once then cool down for like 5 sec. I'm planning to put it in place of the rocket pods on Seeras' aegis class star destroyer)
