I have been trying to create a successful aircraft carrier, however, this is constantly halted by either my project going offscreen or just schoolwork. Another main problem is the hull and the flight deck. It's either the hull just dumps itself into the ocean or the flight deck not being long enough. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The hull dumps itself into the ocean? Did you even put buoyancy in the first place?
