I am trying to make a replica of SpaceShipTwo, but a connection between 2 parts of the wing is failing(when I pull up one of the parts moves downwards)
Any suggestions? Is a bug or not?

It can only attach to the tiny dot on the side of the other wing
Keep moving the wings around, they tend to do that when they're near the edge of the craft( mostly fuselages). if that doesn't work, try a fuselage (one side flat, try height 1), then try placing a wing on it.
