I did some testing
And from what I could see
The mamba and the sentry perform about the same in turn performances (without TVC)
(I'd maybe give Sentry the win for this one but idk I couldn't tell much from the like 1and a half FPS)
The main thing that sets the M-40 apart (apart from the fact it has a F♥CKING LASER CANNON) is that the Mamba is significantly lighter

The Sentry weighs about 25 tons in this state, while the mamba weighs around 10 tons
Thrust to weight ratio and wing loading are also to be mentioned
The M-40 has a TWR of around 16
The RF/A-47E has a TWR of around 6

The M-40 has a wing loading of around 170
The RF/A-47E has a wing loading of around 250

Not to mention the RCS of this thing would be significantly increased since it carries a large portion of its weapon load externally (and bc it just looks like a stealthier SU-37)
