The Government of Silbertal formally declares that the recent actions and threats issued by the Royal Empire of Capitania constitute a direct act of aggression against the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security of Silbertal and its allied partners.
Silbertal has made repeated efforts to contain the current regional crisis and prevent its escalation beyond the Central Coastal State conflict. These efforts have been disregarded.
Accordingly, Silbertal issues the following final position:
Any military action conducted by Capitanian forces against Silbertal territory, airspace, maritime zones, or allied defensive assets will be met with an immediate and proportional military response.
Any attempt to seize or contest Silbertal-controlled islands, coastal zones, or economic areas will be treated as an act of war.
Responsibility for escalation will rest solely with those who initiate hostilities.
Silbertal does not seek war.
Silbertal will not retreat from its borders.
The option for de-escalation remains open - but it will not be open indefinitely.
Order ensures peace.
Peace requires boundaries.
