December 26th, 1982.
Just this morning, two carrier strike groups belonging to the Capitanian Imperial Royal Navy has departed from their positions at Galra Bay. The first group is lead by a King James-class aircraft carrier and consists of a Prince Albert-class guided missile cruiser, two Prince Daniel-class guided missile destroyer, a Titan-class battleship, and a Galra Bay-class nuclear submarine. Yes, the Galra Bay-class of submarines are carrying ICBMs.
Meanwhile the second group, (shown in the picture) are lead by the CRN King James II itself in the center, followed by the CRN Rodelberg (left of the carrier), two Prince Daniel-class guided missile destroyers, (one is right to the carrier, the other is out of panel) the CRN Prince Albert, (rear of the carrier) and the front leading ship is none other than the CRN Titan Guided Missile Battleship.
With two Capitanian flagships in one strike group, this represents that the Royal Empire of Capitania has taken the CCS matter very seriously, and those ships, once arrived near the southeastern islands of CCS, will launch bombardment strikes before troops land. After that, our forces will occupy those islands and declare it as part of the Royal Empire of Capitania.
As for how Capitanian Royal Empire Navy became this strong, this is all thanks to Capitania's Heavy Military Expansion Program, which is still ongoing as we speak.
ROYAL IMPERIAL PARLIAMENT, ROYAL EMPIRE OF CAPITANIA
"May God protect our country, our women and children, our men, both at home and at the front lines, the elderly, the young, the sick, the disabled, the rich, the poor, and most of all, our King, for they are what makes Capitania a nation. Our nation. The nation of prosperity, strength, and freedom."
ROYAL IMPERIAL NAVY OF CAPITANIA

"Protect and rule these waters, for they were given to us by our ancestors who had once had their blood spilled and painted the waters crimson red fighting for our coasts and beaches."
Apologies for the picture quality.
Yes, the CRN Titan is canon in [LRP], but it is re-designated as a Guided Missile Battleship. The design is still pretty much the same. And it does not have the RASOSIGND system, as it will be too advanced for this era. It's commissioned in 1981, to fit the timeline. The Galra Bay, on the other hand, is a nuclear submarine carrying nuclear ICBMs. Why is it heading towards the CCS even though nukes might be unnecessary? To prove seriousness over our claim on the CCS islands next to Vanqyrra later once we've won.
