For some reason the USS Beast escort ships have started locking on my B-25 project. It features no jet engines just two default ww2 props. So my question is why can they lock on it it and how do I prevent it?

An alternate solution would be to attach your flight computer to a piston that can't break, and is REALLY fast, and make sure to enable cycle on it.
Just put a countermeasure dispenser in the middle of the plane, make sure it’s set to flares and not chaff, turn off collisions, and change the launch for to like, 10 million
Oh yeah and don’t forget an the ammo variable, set it to 10 million too so you never run out
