[Random] well I broke google's stupid AI overview

58.7k Boeing727200F  yesterday

so I was trying to do a little resarch into into what happened to the first ever ALCo RS-1, Rock Island 748. typed into google "Rock island #748 fate" to see if I would get something useful from a source not blocked by my school (using a school laptop for homework)
and the stupid AI overview thing pulled up.
heres what it said (cant screenshot and paste it into SP thanks to the site I use to do so being blocked)

Rock Island #748 was a historic ALCO RS-1 diesel-electric locomotive built in March 1941, notable for being the first unit of the first true "road switcher" model.
Its fate involved being requisitioned for military service during World War II:
1941: Delivered to the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad (CRI&P) and used on Iowa local lines.
1942: Requisitioned by the U.S. Army for wartime service.
Rebuilding: Rebuilt by ALCO with six-axle trucks (becoming an RSD-1 type).
Service & Fate: Shipped to Iran for use on the Trans-Iranian Railroad to supply the Soviet Union. After the war, it was returned to the U.S. and served on the Alaska Railroad until 1963.
Final Disposition: The unit was retired in June 1964.
While some reports suggest three of the first four Rock Island RS-1s (746-749) "disappeared" (implying destruction or permanent loss) during the war, #748 specifically is documented as having served on the Alaska Railroad afterward.
.
ofc I'm going to tell you guys because i cant get over the fact I broke an AI with an ALCo. and yes, nothing turned up to the engine I was looking over the sources the AI said or anything under that.

@StockPlanesRemastered (this is from the source the AI took, a site talking mostly about US military locomotives), after it was rebuilt, it went to the Alaska Railroad. when it was retired in 1964, it just drops off the face of the earth. i was trying to figure that out.

@Boeing727200F neither. It was completely rebuilt, thus is why it disappeared.

    By the Russians apparently.

@StockPlanesRemastered i was trying to figure out if it was scrapped or preserved.

Basically it was redesigned into the RSD1, a 6 axle design that doubled its tractive effort.
