@Graingy my printer build-plate dimensions is 256x256x256mm so I split the sallet into 4 pieces. It is currently awaiting sanding and priming , and I’m printing the gauntlets right now
And yes this is for Halloween lol
Neat. Make these yourself?
I'd figure that dents and whatnot would be done through textures rather than mesh in a practical model (e.g. video game), but what do I know? I don't do modeling.
not meant to be historical, just going off of multiple photos (and Half-sword)
LOL

It was impractical.
@Graingy thats it?
@Randomplayer I wore a box.
@Graingy lol yeah last Halloween I procrastinated and had a quarter of the month to come up with something
@Randomplayer Damn, I'm jealous.
Certainly getting this ready far in advance.
I also sent my gambeson to a seamstress to get it better fitted to me so hopefully I can make my breastplate and bevor by Friday

@Randomplayer Ah, I see. How big of a print? Are you hoping to wear these?
@Graingy yup
Also the added texture was to not have the flat faces as visible as it was before, and it was made to be 3d printed and not game ready
