As I’ve heard, UPS will not bring their MD-11 fleet back into service after the FAA ungrounds them, if they unground them at all. From the looks of it, FedEx and Western Global appear to still have plans of operating them in the future, so I doubt the MD-11 is completely done for. As for now though, RIP to the UPS MD-11s.
