The Capitanian Royal Ministry of Defense has approved and publicly announced the development of the HT-01A1 Heavy Tank Project which is designed for both high offensive and defensive capabilities with formidable armor. The details are as follows:
• Weight: 75+ metric tonnes
• Top speed: 60-70+ kmh (approx)
• Engine: Dains Foxton RTHRA-1450 (Multi-fuel capable gas turbine engine) capable of 1450 HP at 3000 RPM
• Main Armament: 127mm smoothbore cannon armed with APFSHE (Armor-Piercing Fin-Stabilized Highly Explosive) munition capable of 510mm+ of penetration and approximately 6 seconds reload speed.
• Secondary Armament: Two 14.5mm heavy machineguns, designed for taking out hostiles inside buildings, with one on the turret cheek and another on the turret roof.
• Features two tri-barrel smoke grenade launchers on each side of the turret for retreat and relocation.
• Has a four men crew with a driver, commander, gunner, and loader.
• Capable of carrying a maximum of 43 APFSHE rounds with the majority being in the rear turret ammo compartment and the rest being in the armored hull.
• Features a rear turret ammo compartment capable of carrying 41 APFSHE rounds separated from the crew compartment with 40mm thick steel sliding doors and a blow out panel on top.
• Armor:
[Turret cheek]: 540mm+ of RHAe (Rolled Homogenous Armor equivalent) vs kinetic, 750mm of RHAe vs HEAT.
[Frontal hull armor]: 520-550mm+ of RHAe vs kinetic, 740mm of RHAe vs HEAT.
[Turret sides]: 240mm of RHAe vs kinetic, 510mm of RHAe vs HEAT.
[Side Armor]: 150mm of RHAe vs Kinetic, 300mm RHAe vs HEAT.
PRIMARY MISSION PURPOSE:
Conceived for modern armored combat, it is designed to take out hostile tanks from a defensive position far away while being capable of taking several direct hits from the front and sides without being knocked out. In case of war, it is also meant to be a heavy front line tank that's designed to break through enemy defenses and directly take hits from the front. A laser rangefinder, night vision, and thermals will be featured in the tank.
Investments are needed to fund the development of this project as the Royal Capitanian Empire will be planning to market it publicly to other nations that desires to add it to their military's armored brigades once it's tested and completed.

@B1 And also, almost all of our capable researches and engineers are occupied with other projects, one of them being this.
@B1 I could try... But Capitania does not have a lot of money as of current. If it's cost is high, we might not be able to help due to almost all of our fundings are going towards our own infrastructure development and military development which includes our HT-01A1 project, the order of 140 Glyptodon APCs, and Argent Multirole Light Fighters from Finetta following the opening of large amounts of gold mines and farming land... For now, we could help with the supply of Dains Foxton engines and thermals, night vision and laser rangefinder systems of the MBT.
