This planet has been one plagued by so many wars, from small reigonal conflicts, to a 3 decade long world war. It has lead to billions of deaths, and tens of billions of lives ruined. So, The an organisation called "New World (not related to the user nwa)" with direct support from the Royal Lasa Government, has decided to start a project called

Fallen Railgun.

The premise is that for how close we are to world peace (out of 32 on an arbitrary scale), that many of the Rhistaka Artillery Railguns will be lowered to the ground, symbolizing the weapons being put down, and once the final Railgun is to be lowered, all the leaders of the world, will come together, and place a rifle into a firepit, and burn it.

So far, 16 out of the 32 Railguns are lowered, and while that is a lot of ground covered, there's still so much more to go.

So, the Prime Minister of Los, along with the chief of New World, invites Duo Earth, and its people, to come together, and achieve world peace
