@Graingy so I can in theory take a semi truck (a surplus military truck and a trailer that fits it) with a disassembled aircraft (and other stuff that will be necessary) into universe-1 if I get the permits to do so. I mean you did tell me how to contact a way to start the process of getting a way into universe-1 so there’s that.
How do you think it will be possible to get these permits?

Impossible. We've been through this before, the Soians are very careful with Universe-1 security. PA-002 can hardly bust in on his best days; there's no chance you can do it with whatever offbrand technology you think you have.

How low do you think it is going?
How hard is it to bring aircraft though universes and back?
Because I might try to get an interceptor to attempt to bring it down, somehow, someway.
(And possibly a mid sized cargo plane)
