Project Phoenix — “Power of the World Skies”
Framework for Propulsion Development Orders
The Government of Silbertal formally announces the operational phase of Project Phoenix, a national industrial program dedicated to the development of next-generation aircraft propulsion systems.
Project Phoenix is structured as a modular propulsion family built around scalable core architectures. The program encompasses both jet-based propulsion systems (Turbojets, Turbofans, Grand Turbofans, PropFans) and advanced turboprop solutions (Turboprops, TurboShafts), and even Scram And Ramjets, unified by common design principles, production logic, and lifecycle control.
Program Scope
Phoenix-derived propulsion systems are being developed to support a broad spectrum of aviation platforms, including:
Jet propulsion systems
- air-superiority and interceptor aircraft
- multirole and strike platforms
- heavy transport and aerial refueling aircraft
Turboprop propulsion systems
- tactical and strategic transport aircraft
- maritime patrol and surveillance platforms
- utility, logistics, and dual-use aviation systems
Experimental and advanced propulsion systems
- experimental aircraft and technology demonstrator platforms;
- high-speed atmospheric propulsion research, including ramjet and scramjet-based systems;
- propulsion concepts for sustained high-Mach and non-traditional flight regimes.
Across all categories, the program prioritizes reliability, predictable degradation behavior, extended service intervals, and ease of integration over narrowly optimized peak performance.
Cooperation and Order Framework
Silbertal is prepared to accept formal expressions of interest and development requests from external parties on a strictly industrial basis.
Interested parties may request:
- propulsion systems within a defined thrust or power class;
- engines optimized for specific operational profiles (high-speed interception, endurance-focused patrol, heavy payload lift, or fuel-efficient logistics);
- customized integration support for new or existing airframes, including both jet and turboprop configurations.
In parallel, Silbertal is open to co-investment arrangements, including:
- shared funding of dedicated development branches within Project Phoenix;
- priority access to propulsion variants tailored to contributor requirements;
- limited participation in testing and validation phases, subject to security review.
Technical Direction (Indicative)
While final specifications remain configuration-dependent, Project Phoenix currently addresses:
- multiple jet thrust classes suitable for modern combat and transport aircraft;
- turboprop powerplants optimized for endurance, payload efficiency, and sustained operation;
- modular architectures allowing hot-section or power-module replacement without full system removal;
- operational lifetimes and overhaul intervals exceeding those of current-generation propulsion systems.
Detailed performance figures, materials composition, and internal design solutions will be disclosed exclusively during controlled technical evaluation phases.
Submission Requirements
Entities seeking participation are invited to submit proposals outlining:
- desired propulsion type (jet or turboprop) and performance envelope;
- intended aircraft role and operational environment;
- anticipated fleet size or production volume;
- proposed investment scale and development timeline.
All submissions will be reviewed by the Imperial Air Development Authority (IADA) in coordination with relevant industrial and security bodies.
Policy Statement
Participation in Project Phoenix does not imply political alignment, alliance obligations, or doctrinal standardization. Cooperation is strictly limited to defined technical and industrial objectives.
Silbertal reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline proposals based on feasibility, resource allocation, and strategic considerations.

"Wanna New engine? We are waiting for your request!"
@ComradeBazookaBall good! i will contact you after first progress
@alexJgameYTukraine000000 I will give you 2-3 RP years.
@ComradeBazookaBall okay. Approved. An how many time we have?
@alexJgameYTukraine000000 Just carrier, a VTOL aircraft is for another time.
Also I realized the width and height were wrong, it's 0.5 meters, not 1 meter, so 1 width and height in the size of SP fuselages.
@ComradeBazookaBall it is VTOL or just Carrier Based? I forgot to ask
@alexJgameYTukraine000000 1 meter wide, 1 meter tall, no more, no less, I will let you take some liberties with the length, but it shouldn't be too long, it's not a bomber. The price should be 13 million at max. The plane as I said needs to go mach speed, and it is carrier based as I said, so that probably will affect the engine design a bit.
@ComradeBazookaBall i mean i need bith. But yeah make full list of required specs such as scale(lenght, width, height) required price(never ecced or idk how to name it),required speed and all other
@alexJgameYTukraine000000 I was busy doing something, I apologize for the holdup.
Anyways, specs of the engine or the Kotka?
if you can just make the all in one list of you requirements. Anyway, Thank you for request @ComradeBazookaBall
@ComradeBazookaBall so?
@ComradeBazookaBall okay. i wait for dimentions. if there is any
@ComradeBazookaBall only 1 mach. thats will be Relatively Cheap. so. i need all required specs to calculate price per unit and maybe if you need per all 120 engines. Im asking because maybe you will need modified engines for some versions
@alexJgameYTukraine000000 Total.
I would like the plane to be under 75 million USD (In modern USD).
If that's too restricting, 80 mil.
@ComradeBazookaBall carrier based... it requires special anti corrosive paint and materials. + around 10-20% to engine cost
@ComradeBazookaBall okay. more than 60, per what? year, month century or total?
@ComradeBazookaBall we need engine dimentions requirements(even basic ones), What cost you are counting on, how massive production will be
If things go as I want them, the 'Kotka' will be made in large numbers, at least 60 at minimum, I forgot to mention, the 'Kotka' is carrier-based.
@ComradeBazookaBall okay. continue
@alexJgameYTukraine000000 The 'Kotka' is 8 metric tons, and will need to at minimum go Mach 1 on afterburner, this might be a bit easier to achieve because it is a twin engine as I said. The 'Kotka' is mainly meant for air dominance, gaining air superiority in foreign airspaces.

@ComradeBazookaBall give me more details
The Vi-14 'Kotka' twin-engine jet fighter will need some engines.
You have my interest.
