On one hand, it might seem unnecessary to have the SP logo on considering it's literally the website it's being uploaded to and there might be no need to mark it.

On the other hand though, I think at this point it's become synonymous with me, I've been uploading like this for over 1 and a half years now so yeah, I'm sure there are quite a handful of people who've already associated it with me and go "CaptainNoble!" before their brains read the username

Also, I think I just like it at this point. I also feel like it gives me some flexibility, I can choose what corner the SP logo goes as well as the other logos.

@Graingy Oh lol ok
@CaptainNoble Interesting…
@CaptainNoble Oh no I am completely atheist.
It's just cultural osmosis and the odd Google search out of curiosity.
References like that are, to me, basically niche media references, just that the source is neither niche nor considered as media by several billion people.
@TheLoadingGorilla I have genuinely no idea where I picked that up.
@TheLoadingGorilla Lot's of atheists have gone through "religious rollecoasters" before eventually becoming Atheist, hence why a lot of them know atleast some things in most religions. I know how many times I've almost dropped the whole Christianity thing, luckily still Christian, albeit very non traditional
Edit: He has no Idea where he picked that up
@Graingy For an atheist you sure know your Bible references. I admit I’m impressed!
@SupremeDorian Only the Father knows the hour of the second coming...
@Graingy I don't have anything
@SupremeDorian Literally don't have, or are not allowed to tell yet?
@Graingy I don't have an answer for that yet
@CaptainNoble Yes, but that'd require someone actually click on the thing first. That's... less than ideal, especially at times when the site is being painfully slow.
@Graingy it won't be too hard to add something like: "created on: SimplePlanes 1" to the description
@Michiganstatepolicethe2nd Fair point. I do wonder how they'll be distinguished?
...
@SupremeDorian Is there any word on how SP2 craft will be distinguished from SP1 craft once the game is out, or is that news that is yet to come?
@Graingy the sp1 logo for sp1 craft
@Michiganstatepolicethe2nd ?
@Graingy well with sp2 around the corner it works does it not?
Sorry if I said something strange.
In my opinion, I think the thumbnail should stay the way it is. Reason 1: It's clean. This style is easy to read, has lots of logos, and is lively, which builds anticipation for the plane. Reason 2: You like it. This is your post, so if you like it, there's no need to change it.
Well in my opinion. I love the style and like the angle of the picture. But to be honest. I it will better if the thumbnail is clean considering that most people on this site already know what these planes are and who made them. So for me it will be better if it was clean (^^)
Im on movile so i suck kinda
@CaptainNoble
Oh hey several kinds of brain damage by old friend how have you been?
@CaptainNoble :)
@BOSKnight Lowkey + Charlie Kirk + Genuinely + Ontologically + Flow State=
LowKirkEntologicalLowState
@KatBapa20 I don't think anyone would need re-assurance they're made in SP and would it really make me seem like a dev?
Lowkirkenly,
Peak
In my opinion, while i can understand why you decided to add a SP logo to (perhaps) make your followers sure that your crafts are made on SP, excessively adding that exact same SP logo all the time may create the awful conflict, like when adding it makes to your followers look like you're actually one of its SP's devs.
.
Anyway, have nothing else to say for sure.
