After the battle for the Soyuz, Novia was beat back, meaning Halfaxe had claim over the lander. With the materials gained, Halfaxe jumped out of its depression (but not by a lot). With the money, Halfaxe began fortifying the colony, and some surrounding territory. A new factory was built on the outskirts of the colony. It was able to build most land craft, and some aircraft, giving a major boost to the Halfaxe army. Novia, on the other hand, had a major hit to its moral. The defeat left a scar on their military and populace. But with the little money they had, they set up sparse defenses, and a small factory for manufacturing of vehicles.

I'll be going with... Novia and I'll build heavy lift and trainer aircraft .
Anyways i modified the Starfall VTOL and she can actually lift off the ground now :D, also has jet engine attached to back and has x 2 rocket pods and 6 x Infernos. BUILT FOR NOVIA.
