I am trying to understand the part called 'Cylinder Grip' listed in the 'Cockpit Interior' tab. The way I understand it is: you place a joystick on a Joystick Base and you can grip or click it and move it around. I expected the Cylinder Grip to do much the same. This could come in handy if I wanted to make custom joysticks, levers or steering wheels.
However so far I haven't been able to grip or move the 'Cylinder Grip' in VR. It simply reacts like any other piece of fuselage.
Did I do something wrong?
Does anybody here use the Cylinder Grip, or has experience with custom steering wheels with or without it? And if you don't use the Cylinder Grip, what do you use instead?
(Ps, I run Simpleplanes on an android phone, no VR gear. The program says I'm running version 1.22.209)
