SUBJECT: Transmission incident with SD-0X1LXX01

1. At 18:23, SD-0X1LXX01 broadcast a signal of unknown nature from it's communication center, despite attempts to prevent the transmission. While the signal was not picked up by any man-made receivers, it is unknown if the signal was received by any Siren forces or the Watchers. No information is currently available as to what the signal was saying, but it is feared that it may alert the Sirens, or the Watchers to our work. It is imperative that neither the Sirens or the Watchers discover Project Rebirth, as we don't know how they would react.

2. We have already taken steps to ensure that this type of incident will not happen again, including the complete removal of the communication center, until we have full control over the machine. However, in a bit of good news, We have successfully gained full control over the hyperdrive of █████████████, which should finally allow us to figure out where the Sirens originated from.
