The Robinson Q-copter is a Qtip fuselage stick shaped small unmanned helicopter, mainly designed for civilian and military surveillance, its rotors are stacked atop of each other, the Military ones have the Military Aircraft Identification and Analysis Number (MAIAN), the Civilian ones have the Manufacturer Serial Number. The both military and civilian Q-copters have ISR cameras, but the civilian ones are easily accessible by Authorities if they were used for criminal purposes or not. The military variant can have access to a variety of weaponry for defence and offence purposes.
