Preamble:
"In the name of His Imperial Majesty Kaiser Augustus XII, the Martorian Reich, witnessing the weakness and instability emanating from the current government of Federal Commune of Deegan, and seeking to establish lasting order upon the lands of the Wright Isles, hereby issues the following conditions to ensure a peaceful future for the people of Deegan under the shadow of our protection."
Demands:
1. Political and Military Sovereignty:
· Deegan shall immediately become a Protectorate of the Martorian Reich.
· All foreign policy and the conclusion of international treaties shall be conducted solely with the approval of the Reich Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
· The current Deegan Army is to be disbanded. In its place, a Reichland Defense Army shall be established, subordinated to Martorian military command.
2. Territorial Concessions:
· The unconditional transfer of all territories bordering the Martorian Reich and its allies, including key industrial and resource hubs.
· The granting of extraterritorial rights to the Reich for military bases, airfields, and ports throughout all of Deegan.
3. Ideological Sphere:
· An immediate ban on the propagation of socialist and communist ideology. All monuments and symbols of the old regime are to be dismantled.
· The appointment of a Martorian Imperial Viceroy with unlimited authority to oversee the implementation of these provisions.
4. Economic Conditions:
· Transition to the Martorian mark as the primary currency.
· The Reich is to be granted exclusive rights to the development of all natural resources within Deegan.
Consequences
If the ultimatum is accepted:
· The people of Deegan shall receive the protection and patronage of the Reich.
· Guaranteed deliveries of food and humanitarian aid to prevent famine.
· Loyal citizens shall be given the opportunity to obtain Martorian citizenship following a screening process.
· Modernization of infrastructure funded by the Reich.
· Defense Pact
· Freedom of religion
If the ultimatum is refused:
· Immediate and total military invasion. We will raze your military factories and command centers to the ground.
· Full and unconditional surrender will be accepted only from a new government loyal to the Reich, which shall be appointed by us.
· Territorial partition: The lands bordering Lardonia will be annexed by it. The remaining territories will fall under direct Reich control.
· 1,000,000,000 MМ ($1,250,000,000) to be paid in resources, machinery, and labor.
· Members of the former government will be declared war criminals and brought before the Imperial Court of Honor.

And regarding turning everyone against Wisteria, Vassals cannot be called into war, I think this condition will be enough to equal complete annexation (I just don’t want someone kick out of RP)

and in regards to deegan being on owned land, no land was previously owned, thats like the whole premise of the RP. ive stated that the land was UNCLAIMED until these countries settled, so i have no idea what youre talking about. these things need a discussion with me.
