Due to there being no real need for an aircraft carrier, the Bull-grey-rah Admiralty has decided the KF Tsar Morskoi will be decommissioned in 1970, and two of the Drazki Class corvettes will no longer serve at sea, and will be used as training vessels for new recruits. The training vessels will serve in a dry dock, to reduce sea keeping costs. The money no longer spent will be sent to funding military engineers and the army to ensure safe land borders. Plans will be made to increase industrial capacity as well.
