Well so, it largely depends on the type of ornithopter you want to make, i made all of them, and if you go into uploaded crafts on my profile, you will see them. The 2 main types are helicopter and airplane type topters. Both operate by using rotators or control bases to flap the wings, and angle them while flapping.
