I already tried this and it changed RPM. It worked as I wanted anyway, but it didn’t went as I expected. Thanks anyway.
yes you can reduce the engine throttle accommodated with the pitch/roll, make sure you have the XML mod activated for this.
click on the engine and go to XML, then go to InputController if possible.
next, go to [input] box and type in Pitch or Roll
then, your engine will decrease the throttle when you pitch down and increase when up.

That's not the Throttle being reduced, that's the rpm changing based on the air interacting with the propeller and no that can't be changed to my understanding.
