So, after what Z.V. Corp has done, and the marine biology springing back to life, the Kingdom of Los has seen it as their duty to revive it.
The sea life has perished over the hundred years of warfare, and with the end of DWW3, it's time to stride towards world peace, and to bring the environment back to what it was. Los, and the Lasa Union as a whole, is famous for going above and beyond in Eco friendliness, a famous example being Los abandoning all fossil fuel powerplants, and building the Royal Fusion Grid in 2015, a nationwide power grid supplied entirely by fusion reactors. But now, they have to act like a phoenix, and bring life from the death.
Basically, they've first off changed most shipping routes to avoid the boneyard. Then, they've gotten several submarines to spray coral planula over the sunken ships, as the large surface area would be an optimal place for sealife to grow.
This all happened last week, and the progress is going simply amazing, tons of fish have already migrated to the area, and the oxygen levels in the water are rising. Though they have taken very odd shape from the whole growing on ship skeletons thing.
